Star Camp

This is a gorgeous backpacking trip on the Central Coast is 7.2 total miles with an elevation gain of 2106 ft .We start close to the Pacific Ocean then climb to camp is set which is surrounded by the sound of a beautiful creek under the oak trees and stars. Please be advised that there are some parts of this trail that may not be suitable for someone who is frightened of heights. I am there to help you every step of the way.

Half Dome permits are some of the hardest permits to obtain. This four night / five day adventure which includes two of Yosemite National Park’s most iconic features – Half Dome and Clouds Rest. We start on the iconic John Muir Trail at Happy Isles trail head , and end back coming down the amazing mist trail back in the Valley. Come experience incredible views, waterfalls, iconic summits, and overall amazing hiking.

The sky trail is gorgeous with high mountain views above the Big Sur coastline. This is a great introduction to backpacking. We will go over all the basics so you can prepare for future hikes. Such things as how to properly pack your backpack, backpack adjustments, tent set up, leave no trace, trail etiquette, water filtration, bathroom duties, scouting an ideal camp location, cooking, recommended caloric intake, proper clothing, and any questions you may have. Point Reyes Beginner Class

This is a great trip for children and beginner backpackers as it’s only around a 10-mile hike round trip. We will meet at 9:30 am at Bayview Trailhead/ Parking lot off Limantour rd . Here we will have a meet and greet and go over some trail etiquette and will answer all your questions.

The beautiful forest and ocean of Point Reyes National Seashore is an ideal 1st or 2nd hike This is a great introduction to backpacking.
